Job Description

Our client, a leading international hedge fund is looking for a Recruitment and Operations Assistant for their Mumbai office.

Job description:

  • Managing the VRC recruitment inbox – responding to all applications
  • Dealing with colleges, agencies and partners
  • Communicating with prospective or "in process" participants
  • Managing background check process
  • Ensure compliance and closure around the firm's mandated policies
  • Utilizing the firm’s applicant tracking system during the onboarding process
  • Ensuring that all recruitment administration is completed in a timely manner
  • If needed schedule and co-ordinate interviews
  • Schedule webinars and education sessions
  • Track Metrics across all agreed KPIs
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the monthly payment process (for consultants)
  • Working with accounting team for payroll execution
  • Responsible for dealing with all bonus/salary queries from staff and partners
  • Responsible for updating human resources systems and databases
  • Managing stream of joiners, onboarders and leavers
  • Managing intern calendar
  • Managing overall consultant event calendar
  • Managing overall event calendar
  • Updating personal and team tasks on JIRA

  • Experience preferably in a global finance organization
