Our client, a Global Ad-tech Firm is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for product and technical integrations with Enterprise clients, as well as build close relationships with major players in the SEA technology ecosystem.
- Deliver pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and create solutions for product prospects and customers.
- Contribute to the development of the country sales plan, in conjunction with Regional & Global Leadership team.
- Revenue responsibility & account management for key accounts in the region.
- Support Sales team, providing strategies to pitch and close large opportunities.
- Build a deep understanding of the client's platform and product.
- Provide market feedback and requirements from SEA region to the product team and contribute to product improvements.
- Sharing learnings and best practices with teams across Australia,Europe and the US.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in a client-facing project management role with experience working with a platform in the Business Intelligence/MarTech/AdTech industries.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; proactive,detail-oriented “get stuff done” attitude
- Bachelor Degree level or more
